The IIRSA Workshops: Portfolio of Projects [Update May 2012]



This portfolio contains the descriptions of all the project proposals that are currently under development under the umbrella of the SAP.
The Project Portfolio is also available to download here.

Furthermore, the list of the members of the Advisory Board for the SAP has been finalized. These are:

Ramiro Almeida. Advisor of Foreign Affairs of the City of Quito, Ecuador; president of Libri Mundi, Ecuador.

Anita Berrizbeitia. Professor of Landscape Architecture, Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Rodrigo Borja. Former President of the Republic of Ecuador.

José de Filippi. Former Mayor of São Paulo, Brazil

Yolanda Kakabadse. President of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF); trustee of the Ford Foundation; and advisory board member of the Holcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction.

Rahul Mehrotra. Chair of the Department of Urban Planning and Design, Harvard University Graduate School of Design

Jorge Silvetti. Nelson Robinson, Jr. Professor of Architecture at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design; co-founder of Machado and Silvetti Associates.


Finally, SAP is working hard in consolidating a list of external consultants from different disciplines. We are hoping to have this finalized in the following weeks.

We are very excited that the network is starting to make substantial progress, and to have such amazing projects going on. We are really looking forward to witness their development, and for that purpose, soon we will launch a digital platform for all that knowledge sharing.
