Floating Frontiers SAP Studio - Finalists for the 2012 Odebrecht Award for Sustainable Development

A group of RSA Students consisting of Alexander Yuen, Joanna Luo and Weijia Song are among three finalists for the 2012 Odebrecht Award for Sustainable Development.

   

The project was developed in Floating Frontiers Studio, conducted by Neeraj Bhatia at Rice University in the Spring of 2012. The project addresses the logistical crisis of offshore oil extraction and proposes a new model of water-based urbanism in the pre-salt region off the Southeast Coast of Brazil.
